August 2022 um 15:00 Uhr MESZ beim No Sweat Summer dabei. Hier erwarten dich besondere Aufträge, durstlöschende Belohnungen, der The Block-Wiederaufbau und noch mehr. Tauchen wir ein!
Mehrere Insider wie HYPEX und FortTracker haben bereits vor dem Event Screenshots geteilt, die zeigen, wo die No Sweat POI Location sein soll. Aber man muss sich nicht mehr auf sie verlassen, um einen persönlichen Blick auf das zu werfen, was die Spieler vom Sommerevent erwartet.
Die Konstruktionen wurden von der No Sweat Insurance Company gebaut. Die Herrschaften sind seit Chapter 2 nicht mehr im Spiel aufgetaucht. Normalerweise bedeutet ihre Anwesenheit, dass in der Welt von Fortnite etwas extrem schiefläuft, also erwarte nicht, dass das Sommer-Event mit einer fröhlichen Note endet.

Rein in den Sommerspaß!Fortnite has clarified details of its recently released video which featured Nike and its NFT department, dotSwoosh. The gaming company has stated that the alliance between the two firms does not include game NFTs. Meanwhile, Nike has unveiled Airphoria, as its branded experience within the Fortnite Creative Mode inspiring users to explore the previously announced sneakerhunt within the Fortnite world.
The experience would be live by June 27, where players can earn a free in-game back bling or avatar accessory styled like a classic pair of Nike Air Max sneakers. The free item is not tokenized neither is there any other accessories created as an NFT.
Despite the numerous speculations with dotSwoosh, Epic Games seems to remain focused on its typical “walled garden” approach to digital goods. A spokesperson of Epic Games said “The connection between Fortnite and Nike doesn't integrate any NFTs or digital item trading marketplaces into the Fortnite world or its economy. Items recognized across these two ecosystems are purely for the enjoyment of the purchaser, and aren't tradeable, transferrable, or sellable, as has always been the case in the Fortnite economy.”

The dotSwoosh platform is built on Polygon, an Ethereum scaling network which allow each users to get an ID which is minted as an NFT on the network. dotSwoosh users can earn special acheivements for linking their accounts to an Epic Games account. However, users must also a BitGo account to earn these acheivements.
Though Nike's collaboration with dotSwoosh does not include NFTs, the account linkage would minimize the gap between “Web2” online battle-royale shooter and Nike’s NFT-driven platform. In the future, Swoosh users who make the connection and unlock the achievement will get access to an upcoming virtual collection at .Swoosh.
